How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Depending on the product and country, the delivery time may vary. For deliveries outside the EU, the delivery time may be extended by a few days.
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. This is how you can track your shipment.
How do I return products?
You have the right to return the items within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
We accept returns only for new and unworn goods.
Before returning, our customer support must be contacted at info@pumplove.de.
If your goods show a defect or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.
If your right of return has exceeded 14 days and an extended right of return has not been confirmed by us beforehand, the right to an automatic refund expires.
What material are the products made of?
All of our items are 100% fair and vegan produced. We pay attention to sustainable practices. Some of the textile products, for example, are made from 100% organic cotton.
The printing is done in Germany using a 100% waterless process. We use ink free of heavy metals and with harmless dyes. The ink is 100% biodegradable.
